Our Satisfaction Guarantee means we work with you to achieve the result you want.

At your FREE consultation you will tell us what you want to achieve and we will explain what our proven treatments will do for you.  We will then record the expected outcome on your consultation documentation for each programme of treatments we recommend for you.

In the unlikely event your satisfaction at the end of the course does not match what we agreed at the consultation, our unique Satisfaction Guarantee states that you will be able to have further treatments at HALF PRICE.

The majority of our treatments are covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the suitability of the client.  This will be made clear at time of consultation.  Treatments covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee include:

Our usual Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the Dermamelan treatment for de-pigmentation due to its one-off nature.

Our usual Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the Targeted Fat Reduction due to SkinGenesis being unable to ensure full compliance with the dietary and exercise requirements of the programme.
