Got the late summer blues? Don't hit the sunbeds!
After a pretty disappointing summer and hopes quickly fade for a late one, it might be tempting to hit the sunbeds for a quick blast of the UV rays. Even if you have a bad case of the post-holiday blues, we are urging people not to do this, as it was only a few weeks ago that sunbeds were labelled by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as 'definitively carcinogenic to humans'. This means that they definitely contribute to the development of skin cancer.

Most people like to squeeze in at least two holidays per year, lazing on the beach and enjoying the sunshine that seems alien to the British skies.
