Baffled by the latest Heatwave advice?!
So far, the NHS and the Met Office have issued some important advice to the public about how to stay healthy during the heatwave, such as wearing sunscreen, seeking shade and drinking plenty of water. However advice has also included a few slightly bizarre recommendations, including going to the extreme and painting your house white!
