Our 9 Point Guarantee

1. Free Advice. You will not be asked to make any non-refundable payment whatsoever until such time that you agree to undergo treatment or purchase products.  All consultations and advice are FREE.

2. Effectiveness. We are so convinced about the effectiveness of our treatments that we provide a unique Satisfaction Guarantee for most of our treatment programme

3. Approval. Our clinics are registered, audited and inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

4. Certification. You will only receive a treatment by a specialist who is certified to perform that particular treatment.

5. Training. All specialists receive training to certification level. In addition all specialists receive a minimum of 4 days per annum C.P.E. (Continuing Professional Education).

6. Insurance. SkinGenesis has full medical professional indemnity insurance for all its services.

7. Confidentiality. We have Care Quality Commission approved policies to ensure any matters concerning your visits to the clinic are not discussed with any third parties without your consent.

8. Privacy. Your details are kept secured from 3^rd parties and will not be revealed to anyone outside the clinic without your consent.

9. Courtesy. Courtesy to our clients is so important to SkinGenesis it is written into the job description of all employees. However we do not leave courtesy to chance and it is a selection criteria at job interview.
